• Involved in the Technical Project Management/Lean Portfolio Management for the Enterprise SaaS Wireline Digital Billing- managing Strategy, Change Requests, Funding, Budgeting, forecasting expenses, Agile Portfolio Operations which supports decentralized program execution and fosters operational excellence (Working with different Stake Holders). Scope baselined based on the Product Owner Requirements along with the Vendor apps listed on it and creating the Change Request based on the Apps impacted, Funding, Budgeting, Actual expenses, forecasting expenses, Agile Portfolio Operations which supports decentralized program execution and fosters operational excellence. Lean business cases with MVP, Business outcome hypothesis, Agile forecasting and estimating. Product and services governed by Self Managing ARTS; Objective Measures and Milestones based on working solutions. Preparing the Scope back logs based on the Road Map List with the impacted apps and get the HOM estimate by working with the different teams, getting approval from the Management in creating the estimates based on the impacted apps. Advise as a communication liaison regarding the strategy to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of the value stream investment. Support leaner and more persistent Supplier and Customer partnerships. Establish and maintain the systems and reporting capabilities. Establish and maintain the partnerships with Different vendors for communicating as well as Negiotiating the Scopes and ensure that smooth deployment. Expert in driving the issues resolving with the help of IT Teams whenever defects are raised in the Application as well as in deployment phase. Working in 4 Safe Program increments for our Globys Transformation Project for ebill saas. Following Safe Methodologies for conducting Scrum of Scrum calls by Iteration, Conducting IBM Review meetings for all the apps. Faciliating the PM sync up calls with all the apps, NO GO Calls for Deployment. Facilitating and collaborating with all the apps for the Program level iteration deployment and tracking all the activities for all the deployments done in Releases every PI.
• Involved in Enterprise SaaS Wireline Digital Billing Customer Issue Support Process for Builiding the BOT Automation Process for the ticketing sytems (AOTS and Zendesk) with the Team using Power Automate by fillimg the requirement gaps. Enhancements/Bug fixing/Existing Bot Features. Issue Support Process for the issues occurred in both the Globys and AT&T Applications by working with different BOA Teams in resolving the issues either by WA or Permanent fix by interacting with the Globys and Technical Sales Team. Executing the Test cases in Production and UAT environment. Facilitate and work with the teams for Maintaining the Bot Code, Ticket handling to BOT issues as well as Globys issues (Working with AT&T Internal Teams) and Client weekly call to discuss the Globys Production Issues.
• Involved with the Team for Buliding the Metrics & SLA reporting Automation Background using Power BI Tool for the Enterprise SaaS Wireline Digital Billing Customer Issue.The key objective of this new eBill report automation is to reduce time/effort/cost/manual errors and providing our support team more time to focus on serving customers along AT&T culture pillars “Customer First” and “Move First”.
• Involved in Product Grooming sessions for the Collaborative Portal to discuss on PBI’s (User stories) and prioritize user stories according to the Iterations with the Team.Participated in PI Plannings for the Unified Portal/Collaborative Portal along with the Team, discussed on complexity and estimations for each user stories using agilecraft.Written the Test cases in UAT Environment for the Unified Portal/Collaborative Service, Uploaded the test cases in TDP Enviroment/Agile Craft, Executed the Test cases in the UAT Environment.
• Facilated the Michael Smith Team for Sanity Rotation Schedule and prepared the rotation schedule for the Sanity Releases.Participated in Sanity Releases by executing the sanity test cases for the AVPN, ASEOD, ADI, Registration Dashboard, Collaborative Portal, Globys. Participated in Diaster Releasing Testing for the the AVPN, ASEOD, ADI, Registration Dashboard, Collaborative Portal etc
• Worked on BRC Tickets for the following services- AVPN, ADI, ASEOD, Flexware, IPFLEX Services and helped to resolve the Issues.Acted as liaison between business, sales and IT teams for the Issues, Requirement Gaps and Enhancements.Worked with the IT Teams for WA for the orders which failed in AVPN, AVPN Add site Services and ASEOD Services. IBM Power 9 Customer, Kindred Health Care Customer and Other Customers, completed Orders by applying the discord process along with backend update. Prepared the flow documents for AVPN IBM and other Companies for US and International Orders which will help the team to resolve the issues internally.
• Given Demos for the Customers for Placing the Orders in AVPN and AVPN Add Site Orders.Work with the Different IT and BOA Teams in resolving the Orders issues by creating the necessary tickets against the IT Teams which includes WA Solutions for the orders to Progress and Completion of the orders that includes installation and billing issues.Worked on the Requirement Gaps and Issues in the AVPN Add Site Orders.
• Worked on Innovations and Business Challenges for AVPN ADD Site Failures for Native BC and OA- System Requirement: PL/GB Biller Code missing account number in BC. (Requirement Gap) OA blocker and native BC issue, impacting 50% of all Add Site orders)

  Temporary Solution: WA for the Creation of New Orders with the help of Soap Webservice with the help of BC Team whenever orders fails due to Mandatory account details issue and Contract Details Issue until the Permanent fix was done , cancel the old orders once the new orders progresses.

  Permanent Solution: Code Changes was done in BC,EDF and OMX Systems to pass the account number which is missing for the : UP/PL/GB Biller Code by engaging the BC architect, PMT Team,OMX Team,EDF team and BC Dev Team with the help of User Story-510658.Code changes are done and deployed on 01/23/21 to avoid failure of Add site orders when the UP/PL/GB Biller code is Passed.We need to relax the account number For GBP Contract which has been deployed on 02/20/21.

• Update the AVPN Add Site Orders Deck for the Weekly call scheduled by Michael Smith and Participated in the Call.Closed no of Requirements gaps and issues (OCX time zone Issue (orders submitted after 7pm CST), Interconnect and ACCESS Technology issue, POP CLI Issue (AVPN and ADI Orders),CSI edf error – After submission, time out between OCX and EDF, Mandatory account details Issue, Incorrect Biller Code Issues, VPN Name Change ,Installation and Billing issues) between the Business Center and different applications by working with the Product owner and different BOA teams in the AVPN Add site Orders for Native and Order Accelerator flows.Fixes were deployed for the fixes the last 5 Years; orders are now flowing well without any issues. Preparing and tracking the ADD Site Orders Sheet for AVPN Native and Order Accelerator Issues using Tableau report and helping the orders to Progress by working with the respective teams and WA'S for the orders which fail. Later Permanent fix deployed with the code changes done to the corresponding modules which will allow orders without any issues.
• Have received couple of appreciations from the customers for helping the orders to flow very quickly by getting the resolutions from the team. Keeping the customer happy by interacting with them proactively, helping them with the Order Completions, Order Progress and Order Status.One of the client testimonials-Ajay has helped make the transition more seamless by continuing to provide support to the new teamand ensuring our processes and procedures do not have to change on this project.
